“Good quality Organic Moringa Leaf Capsules... I really recommend them, they are good for improving health. They're a decent medium size, it's easy to swallow them one at a time. The daily dose is to take 1 capsule twice a day. They're costly at £19.95, presently discounted at £15.96, but for 4 months supply, they're worth it.”
“Having read about the benefits of taking Moringa sometimes called “The Tree of Immortality” or “The Miracle Tree”, as experienced for millennia in Africa and India, I obtained this bottle of 120 Moringa Organic Leaf capsules containing 500 mg each by Kiki Health. The bottle is dark glass which will preserve the contents against the sun. No heat is used in the manufacturing process which will ensure the retention of all nutrients. The supplement contains nothing artificial and the casing is made from hypromellose reported to be a vegetarian substitute for gelatin. The lot no and expiry date (2.5 years in my case) are engraved on the underside of the bottle. 2 capsules a day are recommended so that the supply should last 2 months.Moringa has many vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids and anti-oxidants. Among the many benefits reported in the scientific literature (a good report dated August 2021 to read is “Moringa oleifera is a Prominent Source of Nutrients with Potential Health Benefits” published by the National Library of Medicine), albeit mostly in tests involving test-tubes or animals, are enhancements of the brain and gut function. As I have problems with the latter and may have problems in the future with the former due to the fact that I am ageing, I felt that this supplement might help. I also hoped that it would stabilise my energy levels.Having only taken these capsules for two weeks, I have not noticed any positive or negative effects but supplements can take a while for their effects to be felt and each person is different. As regards energy, I have not noticed any increase or stabilisation and, when I have had insufficient sleep as happens regularly since I suffer from nocturia, I have had to resort to my usual “pick-me-up” which is Ginseng. Since Moringa is reputed to reduce high blood pressure and I suffer instead from low blood pressure, perhaps this action cancels any energy-giving properties in my case.Well aware that supplement effects vary in time to take effect and in their nature from individual to individual, I recommend this Moringa supplement on account of its purity and its reasonable price for a 2-month supply. 5 stars.”
“I've incorporated these moringa capsules into my daily routine, and I feel a noticeable difference in my energy levels. It's a gentle boost that doesn't leave me feeling jittery. Knowing they're organic gives me peace of mind. They're easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they're free from unnecessary fillers.”
“My wife had recommended Moringa supplements to me, so thought I would give these a go.I noticed that the ingredients were incredibly pure... basically just the ground up leaves and the casing... not other additives, fillers or anything.I have read that although there are a range of benefits to using Moringa supplements, there's not a lot of scientific research to support many of the claims, and I cannot say that I've noticed any specific changes in anything that I can attribute to these supplements.Maybe I've had a bit more energy (or at least, not got as tired during the day as quickly as usual) but that may be the nicer weather or it could be the supplements.”
“I have only been taking Moringa for about 6months and it's the first time trying this brand. I like the convenience of capsules as you can just take the dosage with some water and you are done, quick and easy. You get 120 capsules in a well made bottle. The recommended dosage is 2 per day. What I like is there is no taste to them, as Moringa powder isn't nice. I mostly take it for the increased energy levels but does have many more benefits. I even get them for my mum and does seem more positive and bit more active. It gives some extra energy to get through the day.Overall, no issues, seems like a decent brand and reasonable price.”
“KIKI Health - Organic Moringa Leaf Capsules 500mg - 120 Capsules✅ It comes in a glass-tinted bottle, appropriately sealed and protected from contamination.✅The batch number and expiry date are printed at the bottom of the bottle.✅A bottle is enough for a two-month supply.✅The dosage is within the recommended daily allowance.✅No adverse effects after taking them for almost a two weeks. However, each tablet measures approximately 2.5cm, which may be challenging for some people to swallow, considering it requires one cap two times a day.Recommendable.”
“I have been taking Moringa for a couple of months now but until I received these I was taking it in powder form mixed with my morning yoghurt. This arrived in a lovely dark jar with bright information on it. On opening the jar there is a seal which needs to be removed to get to the capsules. I personally did not notice any smell on opening the seal and the capsules are usual size. There is a lot of information out there about moringa, and it’s definitely worthwhile doing some research of your own before taking. Personally, I take this on top of it and I haven’t noticed a difference when taking. I am 10 days into taking this and I haven’t noticed a difference in energy or concentration, but it may need some extra time to work.”
