“I've been taking these Organic Psyllium Husks for a couple of weeks. They are meant to help with bowel movements.I won't go into detail on mine, but I've found they've perhaps encouraged a little too much.Despite taking them in the morning with breakfast, I've found myself waking in the night with a need to take a number 2.The tablets also make you very thirsty. The label recommends drinking lots of water if taking these, and it's absolutely the case.Tablets are slightly on the larger side, so not the easiest to swallow.Might work for some people, but perhaps not for me.”
“I've been looking for a good psyllium husk supplement for some time and was very happy to find this product. The capsules themselves are packaged in a glass bottle with a metal lid and seal which is a much nicer but also environmentally friendly option. The bottle feels very high quality. The capsules themselves can be a little awkward for swallow and it's important to take them with plenty of water as it says on the packaging. As a supplement, they've been working well for me.”
“This item arrived in a sealed bottle with details printed clearly on the bottle.I'm someone who has had to rely on strong painkillers for an extended period which in turn causes other problems.The capsules are supposed to help with constipation, they advice a dosage of 2 capsules with water.As with most supplements what works for 1 may not work for another so it may be advisable to start with 1 capsule.Ice been taking them for a few days now and as yet I've not seen any improvement in my symptoms but it's really days yet so i will continue to take them and should i not seem any improvement i will return and amend this review but from the appearance and other reviews I'm confident that these will have the result i wanted.”
“Years back I had a medical professional recommend i increase my fibre intake. They said about Fibre gel which I started on, but it was a faff and had a load of extra sweeteners and so forth that I was less keen on.The base ingredient of Fibre Gel is Psyllium husks, it's the hull of a seed and makes a great fibre supplement and you don't get a load of unwanted bits.I normally go with the powder format, mix in my mouth with some water and swallow. When away from home carrying powder is a faff, so I switch to capsules. These are slightly higher than my normal 700mg ones at 850mg though I doubt that'll make a massive difference. They claim organic, which it maybe, if that floats your boat, I'm 50/50 on it personally. Good decent size capsules.It'll certainly boost your fibre intake and make a positive difference on regularity downstairs. All good stuff and recommended.”
