“I recently started using KIKI Health Organic Black Seed Oil, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its quality and effectiveness. The cold-pressed extraction method ensures that the oil retains its potent nutrients, and the 2.4% thymoquinone content is a notable feature, enhancing its antioxidant properties. This oil is a fantastic addition to my wellness routine, offering a range of benefits for immune health, brain function, and digestion. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO, which aligns perfectly with my dietary preferences and health goals.I’ve found this black seed oil to be incredibly versatile. I use it daily as a supplement to support my immune system and digestive health. I’ve also incorporated it into my skincare routine, and it’s made a noticeable difference in the texture and appearance of my skin. It’s nourishing and gentle, providing a natural glow without causing any irritation. For hair care, I’ve applied it to my scalp and ends, and it has helped improve moisture and shine.Overall, KIKI Health Organic Black Seed Oil offers high-quality, multi-purpose benefits in a convenient 125ml bottle. Its effectiveness in supporting various aspects of health, combined with its organic and clean credentials, makes it a great choice for anyone looking to enhance their overall wellness. “KIKI Health Organic Black Seed Oil is a game-changer in my wellness routine. The fact that it’s cold-pressed and contains 2.4% Thymoquinone immediately stood out to me—I knew I was getting a potent product. I’ve been taking it regularly, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion, and my joints feel less stiff after workouts. It’s also worked wonders for my skin and hair; I’ve been using a few drops in my moisturizer and shampoo, and the results are fantastic. The taste is strong, but it’s a small price to pay for the benefits. Plus, knowing it’s vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO just adds to my confidence in the product. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost their overall health!”
“I tested two different brands of organic black seed oil, side-by-side. This one, and one made by Benatura. Out of the two, this one had by far the strongest flavour, which I presume also means it has the highest percentage of the active compound thymoquinone. This Kiki Health one has 2.4%, whereas the Benatura one has an undisclosed amount of over 2%. I could definitely taste the extra potency in this one, and in actual fact this one is also slightly better value for money, as the bottle has 25% more oil than the Benatura one does.Black seed oil offers a whole host of amazing health benefits, so it’s well worth adding to your daily routine if you can. However, it’s not recommended for young children, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or people with low blood pressure. The only negative I could find with this product is how it’s dispensed. The product description says it has a special cap to preserve the oil and reduce wastage. This left me completely unprepared for the gushing flow that came out of the bottle when I only slightly tipped it up. My bottle certainly doesn’t have this “special cap” on it. The cap on my bottle is a terrible design, especially if you only want to use just a few drops on your skin. The Benatura product had a glass pipette, allowing you to apply controlled drops onto your skin. This bottle lets the oil quickly flow out all over the place, so be careful when tipping it up. I wasted some that gushed out past the spoon and down the sink. This oil can be used internally and externally. If you plan to add some onto food, a cold salad is ideal, to prevent heat from hot food destroying the health beneficial active compounds. You can also add it into smoothies. This brand tastes really powerful, having a strong spicy peppery flavour with a bitter edge. You can feel a gentle warming sensation as it goes down. It’s not a taste everyone will enjoy, and the taste can repeat on you for a while, but I don’t mind it all all. You can always add a bit of sweetness with some maple syrup or honey in a salad dressing, or before you drink it.You can also rub the oil directly into the skin, although the smell is rather strong. It smells much like it tastes, incredibly pungent and something along the lines of a wood treatment product. I have a bad wrist at the moment, so I rubbed some of this oil into it. It sinks into the skin very easily, leaving it feeling more soft than greasy. After a few minutes, I started to feel a very pleasant gentle heat building where I had applied it, which felt really relieving on my wrist. This product is cold pressed, organic, and unrefined. It has a long best before date of over two years, which is printed on the base of the bottle. Once opened, you should store the bottle in the fridge, to retain freshness and potency. The dosage is 1 x 5ml teaspoon once per day if taking internally, or a small amount rubbed into the skin, as and when required. You can also massage a few drops into your hair to seal in moisture and prevent breakage. I really like both of the brands of oil I tested, and would find it difficult to choose a favourite, as they both have certain aspects that are better than the other.”
“KIKI Health Organic Black Seed Oil is a really good value for money. It has a very strong and some may say u pleasant taste but I don’t mind it and usually take it with some juice right after. This oil is cold-pressed which preserves all the nutrients and beneficial properties. It supposed to be good for immune system, brain function, joints, digestion, hair, or skin when taken daily. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO and I would happily recommend it.”
“KIKI Health Organic Black Seed Oil is a high-quality, cold-pressed oil known for its rich nutritional profile and potential health benefits. Sourced from organic Nigella sativa seeds, this oil is praised for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune-boosting properties. The oil's strong, earthy taste may not appeal to everyone, but its effectiveness makes it a popular choice for those seeking a natural supplement to support various aspects of health. Overall It's a good product but the taste is too strong.”
“It was a very important plus for me that it was 100% organic and cold pressed. Especially for black seed, being cold pressed preserves the vitamins. Its 2.4% Thymoquinone content is quite high, which is very beneficial for the immune system and joint health. I use it for this reason. Also, being vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO is a reason for preference. I definitely recommend it.”
