Taking 2 to 4 capsules per day the bottle should last between 15 and 30 days. The best before date is September 2026, two years ahead.Kiki have appears to be a reputable company with a wide retail presence. The Soil Association certification is reassuring and I have checked it out.”
“The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money considering the quality of the organic ingredients. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your anti-aging and immune health.”
