I’ve been taking for 3 weeks and although I can’t tell if it’s helping my immune system, I do feel like I have a little more energy.There are 90 capsules contains, each containing 500mg of organic sea kelp and its gluten free, for those with delicate constitutions. “I really like this product. I think my body needs the iodine to help boost my energy levels. I've done my research, and since taking sea kelp, which has a rich source of iodine, I find that I have more energy and can stay awake all day long without needing a power nap in the late afternoon.You only need 1 capsule with 250ml of water. Easy to swallow, with no after taste. Contains 500mg of sea kelp.I also found that before taking iodine from sea kelp that I would easily get really cold, when everyone else around me is fine. I find this sea kelp really helps me regulate my body temperature far better. I can be indoors with just a t-shirt on. Without it I find I feel cold, even with 3-4 layers on indoors.I'd highly recommend.”
