“You can smell the seaweed when you open the jar but you can't taste it when taking the capsules. They are easy to swallow and I've had no adverse effects from them. This supplement comes in a glass jar, which is nice to see instead of the usual plastic container as its so much easier to recycle.It also says that it's produced from a sustainable seaweed species which is a big plus. There are 90 capsules which with the recommended dose of one per day, will last almost three months which in my opinion is very good value.
