“It's 50g of pure cordyceps mushroom extract (organic), supplied in a dark glass bottle. The manufacturer recommends 1g per day, though no measure is supplied. The organic status is verified by the Soil Association, though the cordyceps is not UK-grown.The scientific processing information sounds like the manufacturer knows how to produce a quality supplement. The packaging is very good, and helps to convince me that this is a premium supplement.”
“You'll be looking at cordyceps for different reasons, there are lots of anecdotal and these days and more scientifically verified reasons to take this kind of supplement (mushrooms/fungui in particular)This stuff is easy to take, particularly if you don't like tablets. You can obviously use it in teas/coffees or even chuck some into your meals. So far as I can tell, it's good quality - doesn't really taste of much and you get 50 doses so not too bad value.A good option if your are looking for cordyceps as a supplement”
“great quality cordyceps mushroom powder.beautiful packaging.does not say the origin of the cordyceps though.good dosage and properties per serving overall. Has a fruity taste and notes.”
“This pure Cordyceps Militaris powder comes in a security sealed glass jar and contains 50g of powder and contains nothing else, no artificial colours, preservatives sweeteners and fillers, is vegan, gluten / wheat free and GMO-free. Kiki health are a British based ethical company and I really like them and their products. In use I mixed half a teaspoon of powder in warm water. It dissolved quickly and whilst the taste is not unpleasant there is definitely a slight mushroom taste to it. At the recommended dose of 1g per day the jar should last for 50 days. This is a top quality product at a reasonable price from a reputable company and whilst it maybe not as convenient as capsules I would definitely buy this again.”
“If someone were to ask me what food or food category I can honestly say has had the most impact on me I would unhesitatingly state adaptogenic mushrooms, as their effects are generally quite pronounced and they act fairly quickly. In fact, over the past nine months I’ve had quite a few in one form or another, and all entirely without negative side effects, and with plenty of positive ones. The rather wonderful cordyceps has been a big part of that journey so it’s great to see KIKI Health producing it in a particularly pure powder form, especially as they use only the fruiting bodies to ensure maximum bioavailability, and advanced production procedures to ensure higher nutrient availability. This means that not all cordyceps supplements are the same so it’s worth considering this when considering which one to take. Here it’s organic too.I use cordyceps to boost my energy, but it also seems to keep my mind clear. The recommended daily intake here is half a teaspoon, which means even though the jar is a little smaller there’s still plenty of servings in it. Taste-wise it’s very drinkable. It has got that mushroom taste (which is quite mild), which for me is fine as I’m more than used to it, but for those who prefer a sweeter taste the powder can easily be mixed with other powders or added to foods, such as porridge (of which I mix all sorts of powders into). As a first-thing-in-the-morning or an early-afternoon boost cordyceps certainly has its place so is worth finding a way of taking it that suits. Regarding water, many people may just mix it with a spoon, but a mini blender will well and truly give it a good mix.For anyone wanting to experience cordyceps for themselves then this is as good a way as any to take it.”
“A powdered mushroom supplement, good for boosting energy levels. It has a slight and not unpleasant taste of mushroom, so would be easily added to any savoury dish, or perhaps as a hot drink. As always with this brand, immaculate organic credentials and attractive packaging. Recommended.”
