The health benefits of the Reishi Mushroom are well documented and some include, enhanced immune system, aid with sleep and less fatigue, also help with stress and blood pressure. I am particularly interested in trying out Reishi to see if it will help with sleep and stress reduction. This Reishi comes in a powder, which was a surprise as I was expecting capsules. It mixes well in a smoothy or in coffee and has a slightly earthy taste. It dissolves easily and I have no issue with the taste. This mushroom extract is derived from 100% organic Reishi fruiting bodies, it is standardised to an impressive 30% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharide content and also contains significant triterpenes and polyphenols. This company has over 20 years of expertise, they claim KIKI Health ensures the utmost quality using plant-based organic ingredients, prioritising ethics, integrity, and purity in every step of sourcing and manufacturing. I welcome all this. The powder certainly seems excellent quality and I think this justifies the price. The pot contains 50g so it won’t last very long if consumed daily. I am very pleased with this product. It is excellent quality and I feel it is a great addition to my morning routine. I have been taking it for around two weeks and although it is difficult to tell how many health benefits I am experiencing yet, but there is enough left in the pot to obtain further beneficial results.

I am not new to mushroom extract supplements. I regularly take Lion's Mane, Chaga, Maitake, Tremella, and Shiitake, among others. I have tried various forms, including capsules, drops, gummies, and powders, but I find that I get the most benefit from powdered forms, which I mix religiously with my morning coffee.**Company TransparencyBefore ordering this product, I wanted to get some information about the company. I believe it’s crucial to be careful about what you put into your body, so I did some due diligence. I am happy to say that this company is fully transparent. You can easily find details about them and their products by typing their name into a browser, which was very reassuring to me.**Product ExperiencePros:- ✅ **Easy Mixing I started by adding a little more than 1/2 a teaspoon to my morning coffee. It mixes easily with no lumps.- **Taste Unlike other reviewers, I didn’t find the taste unpleasant at all. It blends well with my strong coffee.- **Versatile Use I later tried adding the same quantity to hot chocolate in the evening since it's known to help with sleep, and the taste was also fine.Cons:- ❌ **Sleep Improvement I haven't noticed any significant improvements in my sleep patterns yet, but it's only been a few days.**Additional Thoughts- ☕ **Morning Routine I've gone back to mixing the powder with my morning coffee, together also with Lions mane and Chaga. I didnt notice any horrible taste combining all three.- **Evening Use I've also tried it in hot chocolate in the evening to see if having this later in the evening would help induce sleep.- **Trial Period I plan to use this product for a full month and update this review with my results.Overall, I am pleased with the mushroom extract powder so far. It mixes well & tastes fine. While I haven't noticed significant sleep improvements yet, I am optimistic about the benefits and will continue to use it in conjunction with my other mushroom extracts.

Firstly, it is possible to buy organic reishi mushroom powder rather cheaper than this.Aside from that though, I trust the quality. The taste isn't bad. It blends in well with my miso soup, dissolving quite easily. I'm sure that it's doing my health some good.

I recently got the KIKI Health Organic Reishi Mushroom Extract Powder, and it has been a great addition to my daily health routine. This product is made from 100% fruiting bodies, which are known to contain the highest concentration of beneficial compounds. The fact that it's standardised to 30% polysaccharides is reassuring, as this ensures a potent and effective extract. One of the things I appreciate most about this product is its natural and nutrient-dense formulation. The reishi mushroom is renowned for its health benefits, including immune support and stress relief, and I’ve certainly felt a positive impact on my overall well-being since incorporating it into my diet. The powder form is versatile; I’ve been adding it to my morning smoothies and teas without any issues. It has a slightly earthy taste, which blends well with other ingredients. However, if you’re not a fan of the mushroom flavour, it might take a bit of getting used to.In terms of quality, this reishi mushroom extract feels premium and well-made. The 50g size is decent, though if you’re planning to use it daily, you might find it runs out quicker than expected. On the downside, it’s a bit on the pricey side compared to some other supplements, but considering its organic nature and the concentration of active ingredients, I find it justifiable.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the KIKI Health Organic Reishi Mushroom Extract Powder. It offers a natural, potent boost to my health, and its versatility makes it easy to incorporate into my routine. If you’re looking for a high-quality reishi supplement, this product is definitely worth considering.

This powder looks to be extremely nutrient-dense. It doesn't taste the best but that is not a complaint for me when it comes to supplements as it measn there is less rubbish added. The best way I found to ingest it is to sprinkle a bit on my food. You only need a light sprinkling about haf a teaspoon.

This is a fine brown powder, in a small brown glass bottle with a foil seal and a screw cap. There is a Best Before the End of date (BBE) printed on the bottom of the bottle 3-years hence. Though at 1g per day the 50g bottle will last less than 2-months. It is suggested that you add about half a teaspoon or 1g to smoothies, hot drinks, porridge, cereal, sprinkle over hot food in general or add to hot water and drink. The powder on its own tastes bitter but used in the way suggested and the resultant concentration, it has little or no effect on the taste.Reishi is claimed to have antioxidant properties that can boost your immune system and reduce inflammation, stress improve sleep and reduce fatigue. It is also claimed to reduce the severity of Chronic Fatigue and help regulate the body’s testosterone levels, as well as reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. Traditionally, it has been used for the heart, asthma and much more making the mushroom highly coveted, rare and so, expensive. This is Organic Reishi mushroom extract, which is presumeably why it is so expensive at 45p per serving. Research suggests that it is best to take Reishi supplements between 5 & 8pm to give it time to help with sleep.
