“So far so good, I like that there is a description of the benefits of iodine on the bottle of this product and the capsules themselves have a very distinct smell and colour, giving me a good indication of their purity and contents. For anyone wondering, these are not vegan due to the natural origin of seaweed. They may contain traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish. They're easy enough to swallow once you get past the strong taste and the quality seems to be there. Time will tell if they add anything to my healthy lifestyle. Also beware of consuming too much iodine. This can have poisonous effects on the body so for this reason I am only taking one capsule a day.”
“This review is for KIKI Health Organic Irish Sea Moss Capsules | Sustainably Sourced, Rich in Iodine for Thyroid Support, Optimal Nutrient Potency, Convenient Vegan Capsules | Promotes Holistic Wellness | 90 Vegicaps.KiKi Health is a UK company and have thought to package these capsules in dark amber glass bottles. There is a EU agriculture and official Soil Association organic sign on the label. As a personal that cannot abide the taste of the sea, I don't eat fish, shellfish or seaweed but I am concerned about getting enough Iodine. I found these were easy to swallow and they visually looked as if they contain sea moss. There are 90 capsules in this bottle and each contains 500mg of sea moss. I love that this is the only ingredient and that the shell is hypromellose. At Β£17.96, I feel these are good value.”
“I've been using KIKI's collagen for a while now, so I'd already checked the company out before and I like their ethos, i.e. British-based, ethical, organic ingredients, no fillers etc, so I thought I'd give this sea moss a go, as it's got a list of benefits the length of my arm - but mostly for its anti-inflammatory, heart and healthy gut support.Cost-wise, I think KIKI's pricing is on a par with other supplement brands, but you're getting the actual product you think you're getting, rather than a little bit of it padded out with a load of fillers. So, yes, I feel KIKI is a brand I can trust in the Wild West of Supplement World. Good stuff!”
“This product looks and smells great. I have been known to make my own capsules and saw someone on a channel making moss capsules and talking about the benefits, so I've been wanting to get into this and moss products. The capsules look great, you can clearly see the product and they just smell amazing. Once moistened with the tongue and mouth I found these relatively easy to swallow with water. Comparing to a size of capsule I use I would say these are roughly a size 0, which I believe is the second to smallest size.I liked how it is in a glass jar, I can reuse this later, and there's just something nice/good/aesthetically pleasing with a glass jar.Very long shelf life at Jan 2027, but I'm not sure if that's how long it is fresh for before breaking the seal, that's just on of those things but good to know I can buy a couple and leave them on the shelf. The product labelling seems to conform to UK and EU labelling regulations and comes with a transparency barcode, so I liked that. This definitely exceeded my expectations.”
“βοΈ As described and as advertised.βοΈ Well packaged and well presented.βοΈ Clear and easy to read/follow dosage instructions, ingredients and other key information.βοΈ organic and air dried to preserve nutrients.βοΈ Adequate security seal with heat press seal under lid. We prefer better more tamper evident but itβs acceptable.βοΈ Easy to swallow and no unpleasant aftertaste.βοΈ Not short dated as best before Jan 2027.βοΈ likely unsuitable for those with shellfish allergies given ingredients details.Whilst we are unable to provide a meaningful quantitative assessment as to health benefits we can confirm no noticeable adverse side effects like digestive discomfort or bloating.”
