I like having the convenience of capsules, as I don't always make food/shakes that can have collagen powder mixed in (I don't like the taste of powder in coffee). This is a handy way of getting some collagen every day - not sure if it's as absorbable as the powder form, but still better than nothing. It recommends 2-4 capsules, but quotes 75 servings of 2 capsules. I've been taking 4 capsules so more like a month's supply when taking the larger dosage.”

There are 150 capsules, therefore taking a dose of 2 per day (75 servings), the bottle will last approximately 2½ months.I have been taking these along with a separate hyaluronic acid capsules (the two together really compliment each other) but there seems to be little or no difference in my skin's appearance. Maybe for a better effect more needs to be taken. The reverse of the bottle says the dose can be 2 to 4 capsules once or twice per day, to a maximum of 15 capsules!They are not too large and nicely torpedo shaped to swallow easily. I have not experienced any aftertaste or side effects. The only thing which may put some people off is the bovine derived collagen. Personally, I prefer bovine as the smell and taste of marine collagen is enough to make sick.”
“Personally I think these are low in collagen compared to others I have had just 475mg per capusule the recommended dose on the bottle is between 2-15 capsules, taking 15 daily would not last long at all just 10 days I was taking 4 daily to give me 1900mg of collagen daily. After some research it is recommended that 2,500 to 15,000 mg of collagen hydrolysate per day is recommended. These doses have been studied, and research suggests, that they can produce good results for skin, hair, nails and joints. They are easy to take and have no aftertaste. They are presented in a nice glass jar. I've finished the bottle and haven't noticed any noticeable difference in my skin yet however collagen can take 3-6 months of constant use before effects are noticed. I think I'll carry on using my other collagen product from the same brand as this one what contains 9000mg per serving.”

They look large as you can see in the photo but because there are capsule they are quite easy to swallow.You can take 2 to 4 capsules once or twice a day and it does tell you that you can take up to 15 capsules a day. This means the value that you get from the jar very much depends on how many you’re taking if you’re taking two a day you’ve got 75 days use here which makes some pretty good value. However if you’re taking up to 15 a day you’ve only got a 10 day supply which I’m not sure makes them particularly great value.These have a really high quality feel to them coming in a brown glass jar with quite a classy looking level. I feel I’ve had some results with these, but it’s so hard to distinguish and measure. I wouldn’t like to suggest anything more.”
