My wife is a keen supplement taker as she has suffered from deficiency in vitamin D and vitamin B12, which causes her fatigue. She was keen to continue taking collagen and, after doing some research, she found that collagen peptides have higher absorption than regular collagen as this has already been broken down. KIKI's collagen peptides are a great option to keep your collagen levels up as it includes Type 1 and Type 3. However, she is not keen with the dosage. Whilst 2 capsules (950mg) is close to the recommended level (1000mg), the bottle says to take up to 15 capsules a day! Which she finds misleading. You can take 3 a day and it would be more than enough.

I normally take collagen peptides as hydrolysed powder. It took me a while to find one that didn’t go lumpy in my coffee or smell like wet dog. You have none of that trouble with these capsules! The recommended dose is 2 – 4 capsules once or twice daily, up to 15 capsules per day. With the powder I normally take I have 13,000mg dose per day, to get this with these capsules I would need to take 28 capsules - as it is 950mg per 2 capsules. So that makes this an incredibly expensive way to take collagen every day! But I think a more convenient way to take on holiday abroad. Good product that is easy to swallow but not strong enough for my needs.

Ordered for my partner who takes a collagen supplement. The pills are easy to swallow and not too but compared to other supplements. The bottle is actually glass and the label has plenty of information, anything you could want to know is available. Would purchase again as a lot of the KIKI Health products are of a great quality. No aftertastes associated with this product.

I am a massive consumer of collagen and use powder or syrup primarily due to enhanced absorption and bioavailability. I ordered the Kiki Collagen capsules for my gorgeous 56-year-old mum. Both of us have been supplementing with collagen for a considerable time and have tried various types, such as syrup, capsules, and powder. Pure Nutrition collagen powder seemed to be a high-quality product packed with precious ingredients.Nonetheless, it is bovine collagen; therefore, if you are vegetarian or vegan, maybe try vegan collagen, such as Revital. My mum eats meat so that I can purchase collagen products with animal provenience. The tub contains 150 capsules, with a recommended daily dose of 2 – 4. My mum is taking two capsules daily.Overall, I am pleased because she is feeling well and getting all the benefits from this supplement. I am happy that my mum benefits from a high-quality product!

9500mg per serving is potent enough for me, and you can always take more to suit your needs. I like to have some capsules around for the days when I'm either rushing and don't want to mess about with powders and blenders or can't handle the taste. Capsules are always easier to take in that respect! Paleo and keto friendly I was pleased to see, not that i am on either of those regimes as such but don't like unecassary carbs.

I've been taking collagen powder for years now and really see the advantages of taking it - hair is better, nails stronger (I am 57 years of age). My problem with the powder is the taste in some of the products so I was really happy to try table form. They are easy to ingest and flavourless and so I am very happy!

These medium sized capsules are smooth and fairly easy to swallow with a glass of water. They are tasteless and supply collagen types 1 and 3. They come in a darkened glass jar and have an expiry date of almost three years in the future. They recommend 2-4 capsules daily depending on your needs and the rest of your diet but give the information that two capsules give you 950mg of collagen. I take 4 capsules most days as I feel that this suits my age and complements the rest of my diet. I have been taking collagen for a few months now and it has improved my skin, hair and nails and I find this supplement good.

When it comes to collagen supplementation, I always opt for having it in powder form as it is the most cost-effective method of acquiring this type of product. Capsules from Kiki Health are superb; they are clean and have no fillers or additives. There is a vegetarian shell since the powder has to be packaged. However, there is only so much that you can put in a single capsule, and it happens to be about roughly half a gram. In comparison, a single dose of collagen in powder form would typically be between 9-10 grams, which is a huge difference. Nevertheless, this is a good product if you don't like the taste of collagen and prefer to take capsules.
