“Undoubtedly a proven useful dietary supplement, zinc is useful for the immune system, so coupled with vitamin C as here this might make a great supplement for the winter months. The oil does have a metallic taste, as well it might, but a few drops in your morning drink will see the taste disguised. The drawback here then is the price, as taking this as a supplement will cost you not much less than a pound a day, which seems a lot for a few drops. packaging though.”
“If you need or want to supplement with zinc for specific purposes then this has to be the easiest way to do it. You must do your own research & due diligence to determine if this is right for you as a stand alone supplement. The company is British with a high ethical & organic standard focussing primarily on herbals with no additional fillers.Although I don’t usually go for a product that doesn’t show me the back side of the bottle for all the nitty gritty info as this product description has failed to do, I went direct to the website to get the pertinent information & am satisfied this is a well sourced high quality product.Tinctures like this require careful manufacture unlike tablets or caps so that’s reflected in the price which I consider to be reasonable but be aware this way of taking supplements may satisfy your ecological & organic concerns but is the most expensive mode of delivery in the long run. Each dose is 30 drops (about ½ tsp) in a glass of water which is a lot so your bottle isn’t going to be long lasting if you in intend to take a zinc supplement over a very long period.Factor in cost to convenience & preferences. If you prefer tinctures & want a high quality product this could well fit the bill.”
“The dosage is straightforward—two drops a day, which equals 2ml. However, with a 50ml bottle, you’re looking at less than a month’s supply, perhaps only around three weeks. This is something to consider, especially at the price point of ÂŁ20.One of the standout features is that it’s clean and free from additives. This makes it easier to digest and a great choice for adding to drinks for an extra nutrient boost. Its flavourless nature is another plus, as it doesn’t alter the taste of whatever you mix it with. The quality of the product is impressive. The ingredients are natural and trustworthy, giving me confidence in what I’m consuming. The overall experience has been positive, with noticeable benefits in my daily nutrient intake.I’ve been adding the drops to my morning smoothie, and it’s been seamless.”
“Confused, the product title says "KIKI Health Ionic Zinc Liquid Concentrate | Purely Natural Premium Organic Vitamin C Supplement" yet there is no Vitamin C listed on the bottle - see photo. Am I missing something? Did I get the wrong supplement? Think they need to amend their product listing to reflect the actual label of the product, I would've been pleased to have Zinc and Vitamin C, that is not what I received...If you take this, best add it to juice, the metallic taste is quite unpleasant - I only used half their recommended dose in a large glass so defo won't be doing a 30 drop version. Can't believe how many different brands there are offering ionic zinc, with very different prices, so shop around... Price was ÂŁ21.33 including a discount of 10%.”
“The item arrived on time, as described and packaged well. The item is X2 drops a day which = 2ml, the bottle is only 50ml so you will only get just less than a month, maybe only 3 weeks.”
“Seems to be a good balanced formula, easy to use, the pipet could be a little more accurate but you get pretty much the same amount with every pipet full so it's not too bad.Doesn't have a bad taste and as I love the fact its100% natural and vegan.Seems to work well, and will continue using it”
“I got this for imporved cognative function and although it is early days it has perked me up a bit!!The drops do not contain unecassary additives and fillers, and pack 7.5mg of zinc per serving. I just put a few drops under my tongue as the taste isn't too bad, although they od recommend in water.”
“I find it hard to rate any product which claims to have health benefits, because so many factors (e.g. a person’s underlying health, any medication being taken, personal circumstances and psychological state) may influence the perceived and/or actual benefits of the product. And, further, one should never underestimate the placebo effect.Subject to that above qualification, I make the following observations about this product …I like the fact that the product is made in the EU, because I’m confident about their safety standards. Zinc is widely thought to have beneficial effects on one’s health and wellbeing, and I’m happy to accept that view. The recommended dosage (3 drops a day) is stated to provide 75% of the reference daily intake, which I think is good. I also like the fact that it’s presented in liquid form, which provides for greater versatility in how it can be consumed. Another positive is that it can be taken by children aged 4 or above.”
