I’ve never had anything like this before but, having read good things about Shilajit, I to decided to try it - I could do with more energy as a ‘midlifer’ with a parent and child to look after!First impressions - the glass pot is smaller than I expected. On opening, its contents look like black tar and has the consistency of thick, sticky, black tar!Only a tiny amount, 250mg, is needed per serving, once or twice a day, so the bottle will last 120 servings. I found it easiest to use the point of a knife to prise some out. It dissolves well with a little boiling water in a cup before adding coffee. I can’t taste or smell it drinking it like this. It’s too soon to say if it’s made a difference but I have high hopes - it’s a 100% natural product that’s safe and has been used for a very long time. It’s believed to help numerous health conditions. It is pricey but if it makes me feel more energetic I would buy it, and from Kiki Health, a UK company, that has been around for over 20 years and, as far as I can tell, has a good reputation for this type of product. h

I've used a few supplements from this supplier previously and always good. This Shilajit is potent and packed with absolute goodness. Easy to take, just a teeeny amount, well worth all the benefits and I found it got to work straight away.

This Himalayan Shilajit arrived in a small glass jar. It is very thick (a bit like tar in consistency)It doesn't smell or taste nice but a very small amount in a coffee with some sweetners makes it hard to taste. This product is full of nutrients, minerals and fulvic acid and is meant to boost energy levels. It is too early to be able to review the benefits but this seems like a genuine, well made product.

This review is for the KIKI Health - Himalayan Shilajit, 100% Pure Resin - A Rich Blend of 85+ Trace Minerals, Humic and Fulvic Acids - Supports Energy Levels, Immune Function, and Vitality - 30g.A nice product, arrived well packaged, comes in a little tub but this will last a long time. You only need a very very small amount. About a drop of water. Use about 70 degrees water to make. Lovely. https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61nn2LGyjxL._SY88.jpg

This resin looks, smells, tastes just like any others that I have tried, so I really can't see why, or understand, this 30g pot has such a humungous price tag ‍♂️I can't say that I would be at all happy to pay so much, when there are SO many cheaper alternatives, that come in very attractive boxes, not just a naked pot like this, so it's a mere two stars from me, and fighting the desire to make it just one. Sorry, KIKI

Firstly I would like to say I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing especially my immune system...I'm looking into more naturally derived supplements and you can't get more natural than shilajit....Looks and feels like other brands of shilajit I find the best way to take it is first thing in the morning I take a tiny amount and let it melt under my tongue.... This is the best way to get it into your body....My advice is to try a tub and see if you feel any health and wellbeing benefits...My only real gripe is that it's at the expensive end....

Shilajit is a true superfood. There are so many benefits to taking it that everyone should be using it on a regular basis. A little goes a long way so the jar lasts a long time. It's easy to dissolve into hot water and make a broth type drink. I love the earthy flavour.

I've been taking a fulvic minerals supplement in concentrated liquid form for years. This is my first time trying Shilajit resin, which is a rich source of fulvic acid, amino acids and other beneficial nutrients. Before ordering, I sent KIKI Health an e-mail asking if the company's Shilajit resin is third-party lab tested for heavy metals and other possible contaminants (it's always a good idea to ask for a lab analysis report of any supplement before you go ahead and order it - some manufacturers make these reports available for view on product pages). Almost immediately, I received a reply from KIKI's production manager, who confirmed that the company's Shilajit resin is lab tested for fulvic acid content and heavy metals. He attached a copy of a recent lab analysis report, which showed that the fulvic acid content of the tested Shilajit resin sample was 75.08%, and the levels of the four heavy metals tested for in food (mercury, arsenic, lead, cadmium) were negligible - well below harmful levels. The production manager mentioned that the company is working on a dosing spoon for inclusion with future incarnations of the product, so customers will get exactly the optimal dose every time. My pre-order experience with KIKI Health was completely positive. The company's openness and responsiveness showed this to be an ethical and responsible manufacturer. Now to the Shilajit resin itself. It comes in a tiny black glass jar with a security-sealed screw top (a tiny jar is fine, because the recommended dose is also tiny: the size of a grain of rice). The resin has a gloopy tarlike consistency but dissolves well in hot coffee, which is how I take it. The flavour has a bitterness that reminds me of chaga mushroom extract (which tells me that both substances contain many of the same nutrients). To counteract the bitter flavour of the resin, I also add some honey to my coffee. The results are tasty and extremely nutrient dense. In the absence of a measuring spoon (which, at some point in the near future, should be included with each order of KIKI Health's Shilajit resin), getting an ultra-precise dose isn't really possible. Ayurvedic recommendations are to start by taking a dose the size of a grain of rice once per day, then after a week or two to take that same dose 2-3 times per day. I've been dipping the tip of a teaspoon into the resin to get out an amount approximately the size of a grain of rice, but the key word there is approximate. A measuring spoon would be handy, but that's a situation the manufacturer is aware of and planning to remedy soon.I've no criticisms of this supplement. The purity is excellent (and third-party lab verified), the fulvic acid content is high, the resin is loaded with other beneficial nutrients too, and nothing artificial is added. That's how all supplements should be. As I've said in many reviews before, there are only three factors that determine the quality of a nutritional supplement: purity, potency and efficacy. This product has all three.
