“I have been taking these on and off for approx two years and consistently for about 5 months now. They have made a huge improvement to my gut health and I feel generally much better for taking them. They are expensive when you consider you have to take six capsules for 2/3 months at first (meaning a pot of 60 only lasts 10 days!!!!) However I think they are well worth the money and I shall continue to take them.”
