Years of taking antibiotics for throat problems and various Pharma products for IBS etc. I am totally convinced now that this product has boosted by immune system and protects my IBS gut when I eat wheat or gluten by mistake (or when out at friends for dinner). “Incredible change from the first day I started these. I have had gut disbyosis for a few years and have been doing everything to heal my gut and I was looking for a new pro biotic to continue on my path to better health and digestion. I would advise to start low, as per the recommendations on the packaging. I started to high and sent my adrenals in to over drive. These help me to be more regular and the decreased the bloating a lot. I have used several probiotics and very few have had the effect that these have. I like to change around and will use Chris Kressers in a month or two. Nothing like a bit of variety.”
