“Unfortunately there was a lengthy delay with my order. I had to chase this up and the explanation I was given was "sometimes errors happen within our system". I understand we're all human, sometimes mistakes happen, but I felt that Kindred Fires did little in the way to expedite my order once the error had been highlighted to them. By the time I got fed up waiting and requested a refund, I was informed it was too late as the product had eventually been dispatched. The candle was nice and my friend was pleased, but I was very disappointed with the delay and the response. At the moment it's put me off placing future orders, sadly.”
