“A major issue with this order, I entered the full address for delivery and for some reason it was automatically overridden with an incorrect address. I emailed you immediately and have heard nothing back. Shocked and appalled that my emails have been ignored and that my order was sent somewhere different to the address I entered.
Also my name is Louise as per the original details I entered to the order but you have decided to call me Helen!
