“previously owned the older version of these comfiest boots I ever wore. ordered the same size in the new version and now they added this reinforcing in the heel a pard rubber plastic with a big lump to help you kick them off ??? Its pointless there is now no flex or give and its rubber the skin off both my heels not happy and I walking way less this year than last why change the design and try and fix or update something when it wasnt broken. there was also a price increase for this and reflective stitching absolutely gimmick. would have ordered the old one if they still had stock in my size”
