“First things first... this past year the world has had, a functioning and reliable thermometer has been CRUCIAL! So when I received this Kinsa smart thermometer through the Stellar Product Panel.
Setup was incredibly easy! Just downloaded the app, pressed the power button, and let them sync together. I also loved the feature where it allows you to make family members profiles to save the temperatures which is crucial when a bug goes around your household.
The actual temperature reading took less than two seconds which outshines my other ear thermometers by leaps and bounds. My 3 year old actually took her own temperature in a flash with no hesitation or problems at all.
Additionally, the actual feel of the thermometer is nice in your hand. It's easy to operate with one hand, doesn't require disposable covers, has a study tip protector, as well as it is backlit to read the temperature if your phone isn't nearby in the pitch black abyss of 4am madness.
The app is easy to use as well. The temperatures are stored immediately under the profiles or asks who they belong to. It also has a symptom tool, a local risk feature, as well as a reminder/timer, and a log of all activity.

“Before I got a chance to try Kinsa ear thermometer, I was always loyal to other brand that is also ear thermometer. However, I got this thermometer to test out from Stellar Product Testing Panel and I must say that I haven't heard about it before this opportunity but I am very glad I did. I was always wondering how to track all temperatures of my kid when she has fever. The other one I was using could only memorize some but didn't know whose was it when I look back at it. Now, that I had a baby, having two kids is even harder to remember all. The best feature of this one and why it stands out from all other brands is the ability to track everything in one place (no matter is it your kids or grown ups) and also, once set and connected, it sends you reminders when to give medicine to them, when to go to the doctor. It also asks you if your kid/s have symptoms and then mentions some of them. It is very helpful to a parent (especially new one) when you don't know what symptoms to look for when your kid is sick and tells you what to look for. My kids loved that they could choose a character for their name and it literally takes a second to get the correct reading (comparing to other brands where it takes lot longer) and with wiggly baby like mine, this comes as a lifesaver. The process of setting the app is easy and it takes seconds. I would just love for them to add code to scan on the paper it comes with so people can just scan quickly the code and it takes them to download the app immediately instead of searching for it in the app store.
I tested this one on both ears and in intervals of a minute to see if I'm going to get the same readings because with other brands, this type of thing tends to give you different readings (which is common for each ear but after just a minute, it should not be that much of a difference) and Kinsa thermometer performed the best. I am glad it was used in this pandemic to help with detecting hot spots of virus and now I know why a lot of people trusted KINSA for this job. Hats down for an amazing thermometer and being able to connect it through Bluetooth to your phone. Amazing!”
“The Kinsa Smart Ear Thermometer is totally worth having, even if you already have a thermometer you use and love. Just about two months ago, my youngest son, only 10 months old, was battling high fevers and regularly needed medicine to help bring them down. We were using our old thermometer and had to keep writing down the times and temps we were getting, and both ears never measured the same. The Kinsa Smart Ear Thermometer would have been life-changing in that situation and has been great ever since we started using it. “What an awesome smart digital thermometer! Within seconds I have a reliable temperature reading for my kids. My 2 year old hates getting his temperature checked, which unfortunately has become the norm due to the Covid-19 pandemic. “This has to be the best thermometer on the market! It's so easy and intuitive to use, and I REALLY like the app! I tested this against my super expensive fertility thermometer, and it was just as accurate with rounding. The app is super easy to navigate and add family members. I really like that it gives me not only the option to track temperatures but also medication, symptoms, notes and set reminders. It's especially nice to have instructions for the thermometer within the app. My toddler got a hold of it and changed it from Fahrenheit to Celsius; the app had instructions for how to change it back in the settings!
