“The Kinsa QuickScan smart thermometer has worked well so far. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I received the QuickScan thermometer as a gift because the regular Kinsa thermometer I bought almost two years ago suddenly lost the ability to connect to the internet. Because of this issue, I no longer have the ability to save my recorder temperatures or view my past temperature readings. After numerous attempts to solve the issue, Kinsa sent me the QuickScan thermometer. Although I appreciate the gesture, I would rather have Kinsa repair their app, as it is apparent the issue is with the app. I have lost my temperature history and all other Kinsa functionality, so I am disappointed with Kinsa's technical service. I plan to acquire a new mobile phone soon, and that may resolve the Kinsa app issues, but I am disappointed that one day the app worked and the next day it didn't. Nothing changed, but Kinsa tech cannot resolve the issue or doesn't know how. I now am left with two thermometers that just take my temperature.”

“I have the Kinsa ear thermometer which I love. The only inconvenient part was having to clean it in between users. I purchased the no-touch thermometer and compared the temperature readings between the 2 and they are almost identical. Usually forehead thermometers are way off temperature wise but this one was spot on each time. I love it!”
“I own a oral kinsa already and for two young children this by far has been a blessing. Less err reads due to biting or movement. Would definitely recommend doing a rectal only thermometer as well as a lot of people don’t have the comfort level to use a regular thermometer for rectal use. I will say I used a rectal thermometer separately from the kinsa when my kids were sick.”
