“I purchased two QuickCare thermometers less than a month ago. One of them already doesn't work and replacing the battery, which I shouldn't need to do already, did not help. Waste of money.”
“The app needs work. Used to auto read temps and now I have to manually input reading. Used to notify me when family member would take temp, no longer does. I've unintalled app several times, same issues.”

Also it is great to have all the reading in my phone and can share all reading with date and time to pediatrician. I had an Err 3 and Err 1 and customer service was awesome...
