Really easy to use and set up the app on the phone. My daughter wasn?t bothered by it at all and I felt it was accurate. it's not big and bulk so storage is great for us as we don't have space to waste. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for a thermometer.”

Although the use of it was overall easy, the app was not. I felt that it didn't sync up well and the temperatures were inconsistent. “Holy moly I am so impressed with the Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer. I received the thermometer in the mail and I'mediately downloaded the Kinsa app on my iPhone. It was incredibly easy to quickly make a profile for each of my three kids. My kids are almost 2, 4, and 6 and I love that the thermometer quickly and easily takes their temperature. Another great feature of the Kinsa is that the shaft is bendable so I'don't worry about my kids jabbing themselves in the mouth/throat like a typical thermometer. You can select through the app where you are taking your chI'd's temp, whether that be rectal, oral, or under the arm. I love that the app gives you suggestions, based on your chI'd's temperature and what symptoms you select, on treatment options. I feel like this would be especI'lly helpful for new parents'who need a little extra reassurance. The thermometer seems very accurate. “I received the Kinsa QuickCare Smart Thermometer through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Honestly this is the best thermometer I have used with my family. I probably won't use the app that much but I like how we each have an account and I can keep track of symptoms, temperature reads and keep notes. This can be used orally, under the arm or anal. During the pandemic right now temperature reads have been a common daily occurrence. This is so easy and with the app I am able to track and show teachers and doctors if we need to from my phone. The thermometer works even if you do not have the app open on your phone.”
“I have to admit I'd never heard of a smart thermometer before I saw the Kinsa, but I am really impressed. I love how it connects to the app on my phone via Bluetooth for effortless record keeping, especI'lly because I have four, soon to be five, chI'dren. You can also get real-time advice on what kI'd of medical attention to seek. The thermometer itself is very easy to use, with a quick readout and a nice flexible probe. Very user friendly. “This thermometer sure is something else. I was hesitant about another thing around the house that worked with an app, but this thermometer really is a step up for busy parents'
Upon opening the app you get the option to set up profiles for everyone in the house along with their ages. Once you connect the thermometer to the app you pick who's temperature you are taking and the way you are taking it (under tongue, rectal, or under armpits...and the app gives age suggestions for each style of taking a temperature for accuracy). When you are done taking the temperature it gives you the option to save the reading and add any symptoms and medications given. It also will give suggestions on what sort of care should be considered for the temperature recorded (which I absolutely love!)
I found this app SO useful. No more notes on my phone or trying to remember when I gave medication last. No more trying to remember what temperature at what age is considered a fever. It is all right there in one place to access whenever. The thermometer is also really nice for little kids. The probe is bendy instead of hard plastic, so it is easy on the mouth and (I assume) nicer on the bum for tiny tots.

I loved the fact that I could Take my kids temperature and see the result right away on the thermometer. I'did connect it to my cellphone, and it didn't require an attachment or cord. It connected by Bluetooth. It was super easy to connect to my phone and use the app. I loved that I could make different accounts for each kid to be able to keep them separate and keep track of their temperatures.”
