Had an older version which could not be used with newer iPhones because it couldn’t be connected to my new phone. So, I purchased this one. Like easy to use and large reading size.

Love that when my son had a virus recently, and then I suspected a secondary infection, I was able to send his doctor 5 days worth of temps and symptoms that were tracked! Priceless!

Although the customer service was prompt, the replacement thermometer is not accurate. It has tested me as low as 96.8. My temp has never been that low while I've been on thyroid medication. The beep when you turn it on is very low. I have good hearing and have to hold it up to my ear to hear it. The beep when it's done is even lower. Customer service says that's how it's supposed to be. Hogwash.

I have always that the KINSA Thermometer was great. Recently I switched my phones OS to another one and had difficulty getting the thermometer to work as it should. I contacted customer support and they were absolutely superb. After attempting several of the suggest fixes they determined that there was an issue with the thermometer and sent this one as a replacement. While I have not as yet had the opportunity to use it, I am sure it is as great as the original.
