“We liked the convenience of the Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer. I easily connected it to my phone and began using it to take the temperatures of my 3 chI'dren (and my husband!). I had no trouble taking their temperatures and found the readings to be accurate. I liked that the app kept a clear record of the temps of my kids so I could easily look back and compare readings. The only thing I'don't like about this thermometer is that it's not easy to use on sleeping chI'dren in the mI'dle of the night. In order to take a temperature (by mouth, armpit, or rectum) you must wake up the chI'd and that's not always ideal - especI'lly when you are monitoring a sleeping sick chI'd. Overall, I would definitely purchase this item to monitor my chI'dren during illness - it's a fantastic tool to have. Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this Thermometer.”
“The Kinsa Quickcare Thermometer was so easy to set up. I easily downloaded the app and paired it with the thermometer. I absolutely LOVE this thermometer! You can create a different profile for each member of your family. It quickly connects to your phone. It keeps track of recorded temperatures. I also love that it gives you medication dosages if your chI'd has a fever. As a nurse, I know that this is a frequent question among parents' I like that it also tells you if your chI'd's temperature is a fever as this this another commin question among parents'

“I received this product as a test for wee spring parent panel and I would like to say just in time for the flu and cold bug to hit our home! Thus, we were frequently using and testing it out. I'mediately after I received my new Kinsa QuickCare Thermometer I opened it up to test it out, on myself, obviously. The first thing I had to do was to hook it up to Kinsa app on my phone, no big deal but I was being impatient as I wanted my temp now. Once I had it hooked up it'seemed to be accurate. I really enjoyed the app options to add family members including age gender etc. keeping a nice profile of tempertures taken and how(oral, underarm, or rectal), along with symptoms included, making it perfect for a easy review by Dr. if needed. The other thing that I really liked is that while I was at work and my chI'd home ill, when the temp was taken I was able to get the notification on the temp. No forgetting or missing a moment of things happening with this log.
The only cons that I really have is that in the school health program selection, our school was not included but others around our area was and the weight of the end seemed slightly heavy for younger chI'd to hold in mouth and under tongue easily.
I would definitely recommend this product and will be the thermometer that I gift to friends and new parents'”
“I received this thermometer for free from the WeeSpring Parent Panel in exchange for my honest opinion. I first purchased a Kinsa thermometer a few years ago, and was impressed with the idea but disappointed in the functionality. It never seemed to be accurate and was inconsistent with when it would work or when it would err out. Testing this thermometer, it is clear the company has come leaps and bounds since then. The app is probably the most impressive part. I love that you can have a profile for each family where you can'track not only temperature, but also symptoms and medications given... which in my book is even more helpful. The only glitch I found with the thermometer is it works better if you have the app open and nearby when you take a temperature. If you take a temperature without the app open it will still load to the app but it doesn't always ask who to assign the temp to. The thermometer itself seems fairly accurate. I tested it both orally and underarm with every member of my family and it was pretty consistent between readings. I only got an error twice and it was when I was trying to take an oral temperature on my 2 year old, so not surprised there. Every time you take a temperature you have the option to do orally, underarm or rectally. It is nice to have options, but you do have to switch it via the app prior to taking the temperature. The thermometer has a flexible silicone base which makes it easier and more comfortable to take temps on squI'my littles. And it works quickly in under 30 seconds, which is my oh so important as well. The thermometer even lights up so it is easy to read the temp in the mI'dle of the night. It is clear there was a lot of thought put into the design on this, which easily makes it the best thermometer I own!”
“I received the Kinsa thermometer just in time to treat my entire family for strep, flu, croup and a cold! This thing was awesome for me as I trI'd to track my 2 year olds symptoms as well as my 6 year old and husband. it's nice that I can use it orally for the bigger kids and under the armpit for my little guy. It completes the reading really quickly which is a huge plus for my little wiggler! The app was super helpful especI'lly late at night, be/c I could refer back to readings and symptoms when speaking with the doctor. This is easy to clean and easy to read. Way better that my previous enormous in ear thermometer w/ disposable covers (that I could never fI'd!)

“I've never used such a fancy thermometer before! The old one that this replaced was hard to read, I could never trust and it and ultimately I'm just not sure what took me so long to try something different. I liked how the temperature reading lit up at night so I could easily see my temperature. I also really liked using the app and being able to keep tabs on every family member and their temperature. Ultimately, my favorite part of using this thermometer was that it tells you if you have a fever or not. No more googling! Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for allowing me to test this product!”
“The kinsa quickcare thermometer is a nice, small and accurate. I loved having the ability to use the thermometer and app for all my family members. it's great to be able to also add other symptoms and have times, medicines, temperature readings and symptoms all right there at fingertips to review or give to doctors office. I compared to our other standard thermometer that doesn't have the app connectivity and the readings seemed accurate. Kids loved helping me test it out. “I received the kI'da quick are thermometer through the weespring parent panel and I'must say what an awesome product. The app as well as the thermometer were easy to navigate, I had my profile and thermometer up and running in about 5 minutes. I love that I can have a different profile for everyone in the family that way I can keep track of their fevers and symptoms. It works extremely well for our family because my husband has been sick on and off and this way I will be able keep track of his symptoms if he does get sick. Best part I can show the Dr and they can'track it from their, so agr we haven't had to use it thankfully since everyone has been healthy.
