“Let me start off by saying its true what everyone else is saying, this tastes absolutely dreadful. Theres a HINT of pink lemonade, but overall just a powerful sour/bitter taste, I can't even really describe it. That being said, I do not buy supplements for their taste, even though that is an added benefit. I buy them for what they are supposed to do, and I think this product fulfills its purpose. When I take this I do feel like I am put into a state of ketosis. I do not measure acetones or BHB levels, but I can tell by how I feel. When I am in ketosis I have such a pure mental clarity, appetite/craving suppression, and also more endurance during workouts. This is the best supplement for ketosis I could find for this price point. It is potent, has a reasonable amount of servings (30 servings, compared to others who will only give you 15 servings for the same price), and simply works. To get over the taste I mix this with crystal light packets to help with the bitter taste and it makes it much more manageable. Would definitely recommend!”
“I tried Keto/OS, I really didn't like the taste at the bottom of the glass. I hated the price and the fact that it's a pyramid business really bothered me so I started looking for other products to try. I ran across Kiss My Keto and frankly loved the name so I looked further and found the price to be 1/3 of the price of Keto/OS so I decided to try it. I am so glad I did! The price is great and the taste is better! I feel the effects much better and the additional benefit of the Ketocademy is a big bonus. “I bought these because they are the cheapest ketones I found with pretty much the same ingredients as the expensive stuff. I take either 1 or 2 scoops per day with 32 oz of water.. I don't understand the negative reviews based on taste as it tastes exactly like what I expected the pink lemonade flavor to taste like. I'm thinking these people don't like pink lemonade flavor in general? Lol, so if you like pink lemonade, you should like this. I stick to a keto diet, so should have a good amount of ketones already, I just use this to help up them (in theory), and because I'm a sucker for supplements. My weight has steadily and slowly gone down while taking these two weeks ago although I do workout 5x/week, stick to a keto diet, and was losing weight before, so it's a bit hard to tell exactly what these are doing for me specifically. I don't think they're hurting though and for $50 and 30-60 servings (depending on whether you have 1 or 2 scoops), it's definitely worth a try!”
