“My packaging was well , I had read some reviews that their packaging was not properly placed on the product . I checked mine out and it looked fine to me . As for the product it's self it works great , I'm down 11 lbs but I been on Keto for about 3 solid weeks . BUT ONE THING I WOULD DEFINTELY ADD IS YES THE TASTE IS MILDLY SALTY BUT ITS NOT HORRIBLE . 8 oz of water mix it and chug it and you'll be fine”

“Product is great but the shipping experience could use some work. shipping notification email displayed a broken link to check on shipping info so i could never check on the progress. also one item arrived one day earlier and only had a small packing slip inside. i had no way of knowing what had happened to the other item. Was it coming separately or had it been left out? I assumed that it was on its way later, something that I wasn't too keen on. When the MCT oil arrived, it had either leaked or another bottle had leaked on it. I had to wash it.
Like I said, product seems great and I am an easy customer. I share these complaints with you to help in the future, not so much because they bothered me personally. We both know that some customers would look at it differently. Thanks. Best of luck in your business. Will purchase again.”
“I tried this with good results, but then they were sold out so I had to get another. NO Comparison.....in taste, mixing ability, or price per servings! I'll make sure I do NOT run out! ( I do add unsweetened pom/rasp. macha tea for taste!)”
