I noticed a huge difference with my energy levels. I'm not experiencing the "keto flu" and "fogginess" that I was getting before whenever I went back to a low carb diet.
As for the flavor...it sucks. Some reviews said it tastes ok. How would I describe it? Have you ever smelled Pledge furniture polish? It smells exactly like it and I want to say that if I drank Pledge, that that's what this drink would taste like, Pledge furniture polish...gag. I mix it with a bit of sugar free flavoring, hold my breath and chug it.”
