“Not bad! A bit of a salty after taste but otherwise pretty good and easy to shake or mix with water. It is helpful (for me) as a "Snack" in between meals after I have had carbs. I did notice as someone else on the review mentioned that the label on the container was a bit off. But I had a scoop!! I had to dig for it at the bottom but I didn't have the same lack of scoop experience others have had. Will likely repurchase.”

Manfriend loves it, to the point of dipping his finger in the powder on the go. He just started keto and reports that it helps his ketone levels, as measured by ketostix.
