“I have been taking these for about 6 days now and so far have noticed a difference in how long I am able to go without another snack or meal. One indicator of Ketosis is not being hungry for periods of time. Before taking these I would need a snack after two hours from my breakfast. I have noticed I have been able to hold off for 4 hours.
