“These sleep patches are amazing. I struggle to get off to sleep. I am in my late 50s and menopause is also a problem. The patches have given me some very good nights sleep. “I was sceptical if they would work but very pleasantly surprised. Very easy to use nothing to take or drink before bed which I like. Seem to fall asleep quicker and if I do wake up I seem to falls asleep again quickly. Forgot to use one night and had a bad nights sleep. “I found the sleep patches easy to use and the customer service is extremely helpful. its early days (30) so not sure if they make me any sleepier to begin with, but once I’m asleep, it seems to be better sleep quality which is welcome.
