“Bought 3 packs of the sleep support patches. Found no difference so far. (Will finish the first pack tonight). It was suggested that I try increasing the dosage to 2 patches a night, one 4 hours before bedtime and the other 30 minutes before. I did this, but no improvement.
Perhaps I will see an improvement by the end of my third pack. I hope I do, otherwise this may turn out to be an expensive mistake!”
“Don't really know if they were working properly,went off to sleep ok,but still waking up at 5.30 am or this morning 4.20. After a 30 days.They smell nice,but that's all I can positively say.”
