“Hi i ordered the sleep patches as I'm still awake at 4 or 5 in the morning I can't get to sleep ?I have used patches but they are not helping me at all still awake if you could help me with advice I would much appreciate as I'm at the end of trying what would help ,Thank you Cathy B x”

“I used these in combination with the sleep patches with the aim reducing my fibromyalgia pain by improving my sleep. I have been very surprised at how well they are working. I take 2 drops at night alongside a sleep patch. After about 2-3 weeks I am now sleeping through the night more often than not. The pain in my neck and shoulders has lessened. I shall continue to experiment to see if I can lessen the pain further.”
