I think they have helped my sleeping habits, particularly staying asleep. I have also noticed that my anxiety doesn’t seem quite so bad and I generally feel more upbeat since starting to take them a couple of months ago.”

“I’ve been using these solely for a month almost, I wanted to see what if I’d need these and HRT but it seems at this stage I do not, I’d been on HRT for 6 months prior to stop the hot flushes and brain fog mainly, Kloris has done this for me as well as help with my pre period head aches which were getting worse and worse. That part maybe just a fluke, I guess I’ll find out with my next period. So for me they are amazing and would be even better if on the nhs but they’re definitely worth the money for now”
