“I found it helpful with the hot flushes .It also helped with my fibromyalgia for the first two months but that seems to have stopped for some reason which is frustrating.Easy to use and I took your advice and stuck them to top of my foot thanks for that”

“Am so happy I tried this, was looking for a product that helped with sleeping and night sweats. The first time I used a patch I slept for 11 hours. Night sweats are greatly reduced, gone are the dripping wet chest/neck. Yes, I still wake up but am warm rather than soaking. For me, I have found applying the patch late afternoon/ early evening better as it’s still delivering through the night, rather than applying in the morning.
