“The actual product is lovely and well made. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer services immediately and explained the error. Obviously the item was unworn as it was obvious they would not fit me. I asked if I could return the item for a refund. This wasn’t an option. Instead I was offered 20% off my next purchase. Due to my experience I won’t be placing any more orders as under distance selling laws a product should be able to returned brand new, unopened for a full refund. When I asked if I could return them, I was just ignored after the initial offer of money off my next order. Such a shame as the ones I ordered in the correct size are really comfortable and great! Unfortunately customer support seriously lets this company down - they are expensive for what they are and if an error is made again whether that be on my part or theirs I have no confidence that they would resolve any issues satisfactorily. The lack of any further communication was a real let down.”
