“I ordered these and they fit very comfortably. Unfortunately I ordered a second pair in the wrong size. Customer services did not offer a refund for the item ordered incorrectly - only 20% off my next order. When I asked if I could return the incorrect size for a refund, I was then ignored! As a result I will not buy again from this company again - the lack of response after their initial email left me feeling undervalued as a customer and that they do not care to resolve any issues satisfactorily”
