“Wish I could leave a better review but since I have gotten repeated emails asking for one...ordered a few weeks ago and never received the item. I did receive an email that it shipped but no tracking info. I had ordered these for a trip I was taking in hopes that they would help me deal with the heat a bit better but since I already went and arrived home and the item is still not hear, can't really verify how the product is. I'll be reaching out to the company to see what they are willing to do. Fingers crossed for a refund but I definitely should have read more reviews because if I knew that there were so many others experiencing the same shabby shipping, I never would have wasted my money ordering.”
