“The thong pair was relatively cute, but the 2 other pair were briefs and were so plain! One pair of briefs were solid black with nothing special (really they looked like something from the dollar store). Same situation with the 2nd pair of briefs it was a very plain grey again no detail and looked so cheap. Not worth the money at all! This was my first month returning to Knotty, (I used to be a subscriber and loved it!) I talked to customer service with very little help, so I have since canceled my subscription and am now trying another company in hopes today I will have a better experience.”
