“These boxers are ill fitting and create a very noticeable panty line. (I wear scrubs for reference.) The boxers bunch up and look terrible. Additionally, the measurements are not accurate at all.
I ordered 3 sets because I was excited over the print and have been enjoying boxers form other companies. I didn't think there would be a need to return them since the sizes matched the size chart. But I should have checked the non-existent return policy first. My bad. I get not being able to return underwear if it's been tried on or worn. But no returns on completely unopened clothing products you have to purchase online and don't know if it will fit? That really sucks.
And the customer service was terrible and a horrible experience.
Fine, I can't return it. Okay, that's the policy and my fault for not seeing that. But don't email me back and forth and ask for pictures of how the underwear fit just to tell me you can't do anything. And maybe read my questions when I'm writing into support? It's taken a few emails to just get a simple response.
