“I cannot speak to the quality of the items because they have only just arrived. The issues we had out of the gate was sizing. We order the items in accordance with the size chart and yet the fit was not consistent across the items. The lingerie set was large. 2 of the 3 spooky underwear fit as expected and 1 was too small. The matched underwear set fit as expected. All bottoms were sized medium but each fit differently. The tops were sized XL. The service has been good. We informed knotty knickers about the fitting issue and they have sent out new sizes. Fingers crossed we guessed correctly and the sizes ordered fit as expected.”
