I contacted customer service immediately after submitting the order to ask if they could amend the order because I mistakenly chose the wrong size. There was no reply or response or attempt to assist me until after the order had shipped, when, "unfortunately," there was nothing that could be done. I am very disappointed in Knotty Knickers' customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone.”
