“Almost every other month the knickers come and I'm left baffled as to how they are the same size. One fits perfectly the other is impossibly small. How? How are they the same size?”
“I have had a Knotty subscription for a couple years and always loved the items, but in the past couple years the sizing has been all over the place. More and more I’ve had at least one pair in my order (if not both) that does not fit. I’ve sized down, up, it doesn’t seem to matter. The underwear with the thicker elastic bands in particular seem to be the worst. I also find I’m receiving duplicates at this point, so unfortunately it’s time to cancel my subscription.”
