“First off, I want to say that the process was quick and easy, the responses were thorough and fast, and the quality of the ties is great. I do wish I took the time to send the actual fabric we were trying to match the ties with because the color on the digital prints did not seem to be the same as on the tie. In addition, the wrong order was sent to my house, but it was realized immediately and they proactively reached out to me and worked it out so it was picked up from my house the same day, and I received my order just a couple of days later. One other note, I was a bit disappointed by how small the initials were in the tie tag, especially for $5 a piece. However, overall I was pleased with the prices, personal service, and the quality of the ties.”
