“The designer seemed to have a little trouble understanding the pattern I wanted (small plaid), even after I sent multiple pictures of examples, including ones right off of your site. I sent swatches, but they didn't read properly for some reason. When the tie arrived the colors were not exact, which is to be expected when dealing with computer monitors, and they don't match perfectly, but it's close enough that I don't think anyone will notice from afar. The quality of the tie is very nice and it looks good, just a touch too red. The biggest issue is that I have sent 2 separate emails, one 5 days ago, and one 2 days ago trying to order more ties and haven't received any response. We ordered 1 first to see what it looked like and if it would match and now we need to order 2 more. Please help me order 2 more ties!”
