“This was my favorite biscuit until they changed the ratio of the chocolate to the biscuit. I have noticed the texture of the biscuit has changed aswell, it's just not as crisp and goes stale only after a week of opening the packet. Not sure if it's due to cutting back on the chocolate coating or whether the recipe has been changed. Please bring the original back!”
“What happened to this previously amazing product? It used to be delicious but the change in shape has affected it's flavour somehow. The ratio of chocolate to biscuit is off. I'm so disappointed you changed it.”
“The previous shortbread biscuits came in a square shape and the coating of chocolate was thicker which made them so delicious. I don't know why they changed the recipe and even though still yummy, definitely not as good in my opinion.”
