It looked like personalised box but it’s actually card attached to it so not that special but it’s only$1, you need to be careful to write different language if you’d like to use, even if it’s showing 3D or final payment page shows right, still didn’t turn up right and they weren’t even checking before sending. It’s coming from Factory so you can’t even pick up from shop.
I had quick reply from customer service which was good but I didn’t think it was much special about customised if it’s not on box.”
