“I ordered the personalised Father’s Day gift cube, wrongly assuming that “personalised” meant that the box of chocolates would automatically come with the Dad sleeve wrapped around it as pictured online. When it arrived, I discovered that this was not the case. It wasn’t clear while ordering online that the sleeve costs extra, and customer service, while prompt and professional, would not send out a personalised sleeve in time for Father’s Day. I’m sure the chocolate will be delicious and appreciated as a Father’s Day gift, but the packaging did not live up to my expectations. Perhaps the website can be amended in order to be more specific and avoid disappointment for future customers?”
