“Love this device for daily use. As a full time working mother of two, some days I need it more than others. Either way, it’s nice to have it as an options. It’s easy to wear and goes with all of my clothes. If I don’t love the looks with a particular blouse, I simply wear it under the shirt.
It’s fast and effective during times of anxiety or mental overwhelm. I have also used it during a nocturnal panic attack and it brought me back to baseline within 10 minutes.
