“Firstly, it’s STUNNING. I got the Rose Gold Classic Shift and I’m blown away by the aesthetic of the design. More importantly though, it’s been so useful to have around my neck as a reminder to slow down, and as a tool to help me take some deep breaths throughout the day. I also use it in my formal meditations to ground myself. As an added bonus, it’s also a fantastic size for singing straw! I find the shift helps me deepen my breathing practice, reminds me to take a few deep breaths and enables me to take some mini breaks throughout the day. If you are extremely stressed out, it won't magically calm you down. Instead, I find it is better at just reminding you to breathe and stay calm during moments in your day :))
