“I have been diagnosed with a Panic Disorder- I’ve had it for nearly 12 years; albeit that in recent years, it has been under control. Sometimes a panic attack does creep up on me and a bad day could be the start of it all coming down without me realizing it until I am in tears. Again- not often, but it does happen. “I love the design and feel of this pendant. It’s not working quite as I hoped, but that’s on my end. I have an issue where I struggle to get a deep inhale, but have no issue controlling my exhale. I can see that the Shift would be wonderful to help slow down and control the breath in a stressful situation.
